GST Cloud is the world’s first cloud service for automated accounting of security seals. The system automatically records the entire history of sealing objects, including photos of devices and installed security seals. GST Cloud saves information about the employees responsible for sealing and notifies you of the need to re-seal objects after the expiration of security seals.
What tasks does GST Cloud solve?
The functionality of the GST Cloud software package solves the following tasks:
- automatic accounting of sealed and requiring re-sealing objects;
- fixing the fact of installing a security seal with the help of photographs;
- preservation of the geoposition of installed and removed security seals;
- automatic recognition of the identifier of the security seal;
- convenient access to the database of sealed and requiring re-sealing objects;
- drawing up a route sheet for company employees;
- control over the work of employees.
The GST Cloud system consists of 2 modules: a mobile client for employees and a personal account for administration. You just need to install a mobile application for your employees to ensure convenient work with objects. In the company’s office, you can set personal tasks for your employees, as well as monitor their implementation.
What is the functionality of an employee in the GST Cloud application?
The GST Cloud mobile app is available on two platforms: Android and iOS. The following functionality is available to the employee in the application:
- access to GST Cloud using a personal login and password;
- lists of current and sealed objects of the company;
- independent addition of new objects to the database;
- access to the history of tasks performed by the employee;
- sealing / removing security seals from accessible objects;
- fixing information about damaged security seals, automatic sending of data to GST specialists;
- the ability to contact the technical support of the GST Cloud project.
What is the administrator functionality in the GST Cloud Web Client?
Access to the administrative panel is possible from all portable devices with a browser. In the personal account of the admin panel, the following functionality is available to the administrator:
- database of sealed and requiring sealing of the company’s facilities;
- the ability to manage employee access to the GST Cloud mobile client;
- the history of events, which indicates all actions with the objects of sealing in chronological order;
- automatic notifications about the expiration of the company’s security seals;
- technical support module, which displays all employee requests about problems that have arisen;
- formation of route sheets for employees responsible for sealing.
