The functionality of the GST Cloud software package solves the following tasks:
- automatic accounting of sealed and requiring re-sealing objects;
- fixing the fact of installing a security seal with the help of photographs;
- preservation of the geoposition of installed and removed security seals;
- automatic recognition of the identifier of the security seal;
- convenient access to the database of sealed and requiring re-sealing objects;
- drawing up a route sheet for company employees;
- control over the work of employees.
The GST Cloud system consists of 2 modules: a mobile client for employees and a personal account for administration. You just need to install a mobile application for your employees to ensure convenient work with objects. In the company’s office, you can set personal tasks for your employees, as well as monitor their implementation.
What is the functionality of an employee in the GST Cloud application?
The GST Cloud mobile app is available on two platforms: Android and iOS. The following functionality is available to the employee in the application:
- access to GST Cloud using a personal login and password;
- lists of current and sealed objects of the company;
- independent addition of new objects to the database;
- access to the history of tasks performed by the employee;
- sealing / removing security seals from accessible objects;

Access to the administrative panel is possible from all portable devices with a browser. In the personal account of the admin panel, the following functionality is available to the administrator:
